These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between The Hostettler’s LLC, doing business as Counter Cultural Life (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website located at https://www.countercultural.life (“Site”), and any of our courses, memberships, digital products, or services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Site or any of our Services.
All content, materials, products, graphics, videos, logos, and designs found on this Site or within our Services are the sole property of The Hostettler’s LLC d/b/a Counter Cultural Life and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any portion of our content without express written permission. Violation of this clause may result in termination of your access and possible legal action.
By using this Site or any Services, you agree that you will not: Violate any laws or regulations. Infringe upon our or any third party’s intellectual property rights. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site. Use our content or Services for resale, redistribution, or any commercial purpose not expressly authorized. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our programs.
By purchasing any product, membership, or program from Counter Cultural Life, you agree to pay all fees and charges as stated at the time of purchase. Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any digital courses, memberships, or programs under any circumstances. Please review all product information carefully before purchasing. Payment Plans: If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the program or course, without any refund. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method on file according to your chosen plan.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services, without refund, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to access our Services immediately ceases, and any remaining payment obligations under a payment plan remain due.
All Services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding results, earnings, or outcomes from participation in our programs. You agree that your participation is voluntary and that you are solely responsible for your results and decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hostettler’s LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the applicable product or service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Hostettler’s LLC, its owners, officers, agents, and employees from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services or any violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at live@countercultural.life. If we cannot resolve it informally, the matter will proceed under Indiana law as described above.
We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after such posting constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms provided at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Hostettler’s LLC regarding your use of the Site and Services, superseding all prior communications.
